Ash Butt is an experienced youth development specialist with more than 25 years of experience empowering children and young people through leadership, confidence, wellbeing, mentoring, social and emotional learning, innovation and future skills programmes.
As Founder & Director of Irtiqa Youth Institute and Generation England CIC, Ash has supported more than 5,000 young people through impactful programmes delivered in partnership with schools, universities, charitable foundations, government agencies, community organisations and private sector partners in the UK and internationally.
His experience includes delivering programmes in Brunei, including engagement with a member of the Brunei Royal Family, and working alongside major educational, community and corporate partners. He was also invited to 10 Downing Street by the British Prime Minister in recognition of his work with young people.
Throughout his career, Ash has remained committed to helping young people discover their potential, build confidence and develop the skills needed to succeed in education, employment and life.
